Trip to Ipoh

January 5th, 2009 by yat-e

Yesterday, I spent most of my time at night reading all the things I have written in my journal. It was funny remembering all the things that happened when I was in UK. I started my journal when I was abroad. Most of my friends were those who pursuing their Masters and PHD. They kind of persuade me to start writing and just write any bloody thing that came across my mind and it was fun to write according to them. Well, as the result here I am hehehe… Unfortunately, I rarely write my journal that often nowadays due to work commitment and etc.

Last month I went to Ipoh for my cousin’s engagement. As a responsible chief of platoon (my uncle is a retired army so we kind of referring ourselves as part of army team) I would say, I have completed my task with flying colours. Manage to deliver the ring to the subject successfully. :p

A day before the engagement, my cousin took us to have lunch at a place named ‘Nasi Beriani Power A.K’. I went there with my brother, Wani, Ieda and my cousin Syaffieq. Age had to attend his tuition class that afternoon. Anyway, there was no more space left for him even if he interested to join us coz Wani had already occupied most of the seats at the back hehehe…. Just joking ( Wani jgn mare heh) On our way to the car after we had our fattening lunch, Wani suddenly asked my cousin Syaffieq what was A.K stands for. Was it Ahmad Kassan (A famous dance instructor or choreographer)? Bloody hell! How on earth she got such idea, of course we did laugh out loud. Actually, even Syaffieq hadn’t had a clue what was it stands for. Ahmad Kassan? He must be bloody good to have such skill to have such a brilliant recipe of Nasi Beriani. Huh! Thanks Syaffieq for the treat.

The day of engagement itself, my cousins and I were busy with our last minute preparation to do some touch-up to the ‘hantaran’. As usual, we took some photos together and it was like a bloody famous singer photo session. My cousin Kak Liz told me she took nearly 200 of photos during the engagement. I have updated some of the photos here in friendster.

I went back to KL later that night and the rain was pouring down heavily all the way during my journey. Honestly, I don’t even have a gut to sleep coz it was my brother’s first ever time driving on a highway. I can sense he was nervous but alhamdulillah it went smooth and easy.

Bukit Antarabangsa disaster

December 10th, 2008 by yat-e

Masyaallah… my condolence goes to all the victims involved in the incident happened at Bukit Antarabangsa which was occured few days before Hari Raya Aidiladha and also to those who directly or indirectly connected to the victims as well. I truly can not imagine how difficult it was to them and I hope I wont face it coz it was such a horrible nightmare to everybody. As Malaysian, I do feel the sadness and I hope the victim’s family who had died in the incident will remain strong to move on.

When something terrible happened, everybody will start to point out their hands to each other and over the news we can hear almost everybody will start to give their opinion about this and that but at the end of the day…. who was at fault? Passing the bulk to each other is the only main and key thing they know and very lame to do by those people so called the expertise.

Im not trying to provoke anybody but we should study the case from the other side of the story telling. Greedy, selfish, Immature, Brilliant with no brain and heartless are the words to describe those people who had approved the project which was obviously wrong to be approved long time ago. How did it happen? I guess we all know, with few thousands ringgit of investment to bribe they were benefiting millions or perhaps billions from the project. I admit everybody wishes to be filthy rich but can you sleep at night at the expense of others? You know your own plate…. Think guys.

Launching new Outlet soon - NLA Kg Baru

November 26th, 2008 by yat-e

Two outlets are scheduled to be launched this coming 19th of December 2008. Expecting a VIP to come and officially launch the outlets to public. Funny thing was, my director confessed to me today that my Bahasa Melayu was a total disaster, up-side-down and gave him a complete headache. No offence at all coz it was true and  honestly, preparing letters in Malay does sweat me like a p**. Finally, never been more happier in my life to hear him saying, ‘Yati, write the letter in English please’.

Need to set up my accounts. I received my accounting software yesterday and im still juggling to figure out on how to set it up beautifully with no error at all which is so damn hard to do. No regrets but glad to be able to learn and at the same time showing my employer that I am capable and good enough to carry on the responsibility on my shoulders. Wish my former employer knows how to appreciate their staff and treat them fairly.

At office, I got my own room and its almost complete now. The location is marvelous bcoz it is absolutely the opposite site from the hectic and massive traffic in the morning which is so damn annoying. The environment, much more better then my previous office. My handsome boss (according to him) pretty nice but can be a bit hyper sometimes (which is cool to me). Stress out a lot is bad and a huge threat to my younger looking look than my age.hehehe

Potrait of Life

November 8th, 2008 by yat-e

Over the news recently, we can hear everywhere people talking about divorce. Few of my mates also having difficulties with their marriage and honestly, to give good advice. I might not be the best source for you to seek but I do have my two ears to listen.  Questions may be rose by children, where would they go if both of their parents split? or will they ever be happy if they have to live separate life? or also will they be given to choose with whom they want to be with? I read one of my acquaintance blog yesterday night and all these questions were asked by her son which is too complex or we might not have any clue what to tell these kids. Shall we tell them the truth nothing but the truth or shall we tell them fantasy lies and let them experience it themselves? No one can answer that, who are we to determine what is best for them for the mistake that came from two ex-lovers who exchanged their most romantic vows to each other viciously. That’s life… that is what we called reality of painful life. There is no guarantee in life. From my view, communication is one of the factor that both party need to overcome. Seek some help from the professional consultant or professional that can help you to mend what ever misunderstanding comes between you and your partner. it is not odd thing for you to do, as long as you can work it out and what you have got to lose. Worry too much of your pride or dignity? Come on guys, swallow it all for the sake of your children. If you really care. To my mates…. Aza Aza Fighting! Fighting!

Wow!

July 11th, 2008 by yat-e

Wow! it has been a long time ago since i last wrote my piece of junk here in my blog heheheee.. been bz with life and work. so many thing had happened for the past few weeks. From a massive increase of petrol to the most sensational breaking story of Anwar Ibrahim and most recently as announced by our PM of his transition date to be this year 2010. I wish my life can be as interesting as those stories. hmm…

Last week, My mate Noi offered me a premiere ticket to watch Hancock. I went to KLCC TGV with my four other mates (Izwah, Noi, Af and Bad). It was like the old days when we were at Manchester. The movie wasnt that bad though the story was a bit over the top. I mean… it was absolutely ridiculous but it was a hilarious movie to watch. dont take it seriously. just have a seat, relax and enjoy… dont think too much coz i know it was the stupidest movie you’ve ever watched. Personally, simply love Will Smith after Johnny Depp. (^^,)

Al-Fatihah to my dear friend Arif

May 30th, 2008 by yat-e

We never knew when it is the time for us to leave this world and we will never know how or when. Yesterday morning i received a news that i will never forget in my entire life and my condolense to my close friend Nuara for the lost of her beloved husband. He had an accident near MRR2 on early Friday morning(30th May 2008).

His face keeps on playing on my mind and couldnt believe that he’s gone forever. The saddest thing was that they just celebrated their first year of wedding anniversary the day before (29th May 2008) and she must be devastated to accept the fact that he’s gone on the next day.

Dear all, let us recite al-fatihah to my dear friend Arif…. Al-Fatihah….

my bday celebration…Devi’s Corner, Bangsar

April 27th, 2008 by yat-e

i feel really old now but that doesnt prevent me not to celebrate my bday with my friends yesterday nite at Bangsar. It was mad to think that i ended up celebrating my bday at Devi’s corner. It was totally my fault because i did not check before the celebration. Actually, i have no intention to have a massive celebration. I had planned few months back to meet up with my former schoolmates and coincidently, my ex-colleague Nuara wanted to introduce me to her friend Nick (Nuara told me that he is a marvelous person to be friends with aha… thr goes a credit to you Nick!). Anyway, earlier Nick suggested that we should go Bangsar’s Delicious. We had an agreement until I changed my mind(so much of indecisive me) to meet up at Secret Recipe( I presumed Bangsar do have one atleast which led me to a huge disaster). Then, few hours before the time we were supposed to meet up i changed my mind again(ah! i’ve been so clueless) because my mate Nuara suggested to go to Pizza. At the end of the day, i received a phone call from my fren Fiona telling me that there wasnt any pizza or secret recipe at Bangsar. Gosh! i nearly fainted. So, I went to Ampang’s Secret to buy my fav cake Choc indulgence. I arrived Bangsar and told my mates to meet up at Starbuck.

Fiona, Dillon, Wendy and Grace were already there when i arrived. about half an hour later, Nick rang me and told me that he was already there. It was our first time meeting each other and  it was fun meeting him though i lost my topic most of the time to talk about. It always happens for the first meeting, second meeting i think he will go crazy with me for i will keep on talking incessantly hahaha… that’s the real me. Next person to arrive, Nuara and my other ex-colleague Elaine Lio. That was when we made our decision to go to Devi’s Corner because those two sweet young lady were hungry and they wanted to have their dinner. In my whole life, i have never thought i would celebrate my bday at Mamak stall hahahahahaaaa….. until this very moment, i cant help my self to stop smiling everytime thinking about it.

Overall, it was brilliant. Oh!ya, Jc Yong also came that nite and last but not least my long long lost fren Benjamin and his gf.

My special apology to Nick if he wasnt comfortable because it was our first meeting but i brought the whole family and i know it was not appropriate but hey! you’re not only have one new fren but an extra 7 new frenz…. cheers ahaks!!

when it’s over… it means over!!!!

I dont understand why some people can be so heartless and cruel to someone who was so sincere loving that heartless man and how painful it was to that someone when that heartless man broke her heart to be with another gal. it was even more pathetic when he made it like she was the one to be blame and at fault. After 2 years of peaceful life, that evil man came back haunting that someone’s life. pretending like nothing happened between them.

I have started my brand-new-life ever since i walked away from him and i will never look back to that evil man.

Anugerah Bintang Popular 2007

March 30th, 2008 by yat-e

It was held at Genting yesterday evening. I went there with three of my cousin… K.Liz, K.nor and Abg Wan. It was mad coz they only inform me around half 6 and i was given only 15min to get ready. At first, everybody seems not so interested to go and i have no idea what made them change their mind.

Anyway,we had a wonderful time yesterday evening and looking forward to go to Anugerah Planet Muzik that will take place some time next mth.

i’l update my pic  asap….
